This is how we celebrate at HERMLE

At HERMLE, company events are ingrained in our corporate culture. While not bound by a set schedule, there are always opportunities for us to get together: Be it for the inauguration of a new building, summer parties, Christmas markets, lively Oktoberfests or screening global sporting events like World Cup matches. Events typically alternate between Gosheim and Zimmern o.R. to ensure equal accessibility for all attendees.

Since our events focus on celebrating together and social interaction, we intentionally keep our speeches short – at least this is the mandatory guideline for all speakers. Thanks to meticulous advance planning, we ensure special highlights and a diverse array of culinary delights for all to enjoy. It is standard practice for us to extend invitations to all employees within the Group: Community and solidarity have top priority in our corporate culture. They are our strengths. Hence, our celebrations provide the perfect opportunity to get to know new colleagues and foster dialogue among employees from various departments and locations worldwide. And this opportunity is fully embraced. With up to 1,300 participants attending our recent get-togethers, our company events are always grand affairs.
