Compliance at HERMLE

Compliance, i.e. conduct in conformity with legal and regulatory requirements, is at the heart of our daily activities. Compliance includes adherence to applicable legal provisions, ethical guidelines, standards of behaviour, voluntary codes, and internal regulations and guidelines – both by the company and by all its employees.

This conduct in conformity with legal and regulatory requirements is a top priority for HERMLE and has always been an important part of HERMLE's corporate culture.

Compliance

Code of Conduct

The HERMLE Code of Conduct summarises the basic rules that apply throughout the HERMLE Group for ethical and legally compliant dealings with each other and with business partners, authorities and other third parties.

Whistle Blowing / Whistleblower system

Integrity in the conduct of all employees, business partners and other stakeholders is an important part of HERMLE's own corporate culture. Violations of the applicable laws or of HERMLE's values can be reported confidentially via the whistleblower system. In this context, the protection that HERMLE guarantees the whistleblower plays a crucial role in the acceptance of the whistleblower system.
